Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any non-custom items in their original condition, within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. A return will only be accepted if the product was damaged during shipment, or if the product you received is different than what was paid for. We will review your item when returned and if needed send a replacement out to you. All customers will pay the shipping cost to ship the product back to us.

Due to the nature of the high volume of shipping, SOL CONTROL cannot guarantee that merchandise will be received without cosmetic or incidental imperfections. By purchasing item/items, you agree to any terms and conditions we have listed. You must e-mail us for any return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the item/items. You must make sure to include your account number and item order number with the email. The item must not be used and must be in the original packaging with all accessories. We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged (depending on stock status). Shoppers may return items for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. However, SOL CONTROL cannot exchange or replace custom items including custom split roll widths for window tint rolls, and will not pay for return shipping.

Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we work hard to meet your needs.

Due to some special circumstances, the company will accept the return of good products and issue a refund to the customer by deducting our 20% restocking fees and shipping fees, which are paid by Sol Control. Returned material should be in the original packaging. Materials should be unused, and unopened and should be received in an undamaged condition. The company will issue a refund once the product is back in stock. 

Please check and inspect your Pre -Cut Tint Kit upon arrival.  We strongly recommend that you compare your pre-cut kit to your vehicle and the layout, and do a test-fit on a clean and dry vehicle, before actual installation.  If you feel you have received the wrong kit, you must contact us immediately before installation.

Product Use: Many factors beyond our control and uniquely within the user’s knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of our products in a particular application. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a product, the customer is solely responsible for evaluating our products and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for their method of application.

All Automotive and Paint Protection Precut Kits are digitally cut using the Market's Leading Software, After we receive your order we do the custom cut using the software to fit your specific vehicle and we make your kit for you.
THIS IS THE REASON THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON CUSTOM-CUT KITS. 

Sol Control Window Films is the only wholesale supplier of window films that supplies the Precut Tint Kits for all Make, Models and Years to our clients. We use the best tint to provide tint patterns like Ultra Premium Window Films Series, IR Lite Window Films series (ceramic series) and Optical Hybrid Window Films. We use the best software to cut those patterns to provide our clients with an easy fit and exact precise cut template. We also provide Paint Protection Precut tint kits to install PPF on the Hood, Bumper, Mirrors, Fender, and all around the car.

At Automotive Tint Kits, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

      1. No Refund or Replcement for Installtion Issues:  We do not provide refunds or replacement kits if there are problems related to installation. Proper installation requires skill, and errors during this process are not covered under our policy.

      2. 30-Day Replacement Window (Partial Installation Errors): If you purchased a tint kit and accidentally damaged one or more windows during installation, you may request a replacement for those specific pieces within 30 days of purchase. Replacement fees and shipping costs will apply

      3. Product Handling & Shipment Condition: We take great care to ensure your kit arrives in perfect condition. Every order is packed, inspected, and securely shipped to prevent damage. If, upon opening the package, you find that your kit was damaged during shipment, take clear photos immediately after    discovering the damage. Email the photos to us right away, and we will send you a free replacement for the damaged pieces.

      4. No Warranty After Installation Defects We do not cover any warranty, refund, or replacement if, after installation, you find: Cracks, Kinks, Creases, Dust Bubbles, Air or Water Bubbles, Shrink Burns, UnderShrink Fingers.
